Before your piece goes live

If your image is still under review and has not been published, you may request a full refund.

Rejected content

If your submission is rejected under the content guidelines and you do not wish to submit a replacement, you will be refunded and the space returned to the wall.

After publication

Because a piece is a permanent placement, purchases are generally non-refundable once your content is live. We will always consider genuine issues on a case-by-case basis.
